Once I Get Lost is a 3min Jazz Waltz that features some nice accessible jazz harmonies. The B section introduces the meandering melody which locks into a familiar feeling C section which drives the piece forward.
The title refers to the inevitability of becoming lost. Once I Get Lost…I will…find my way somehow. At some point in everyone’s life they will feel lost whether physically, mentally, or otherwise. It’s wonderful to be reassured that, regardless of how or why you are lost, you will eventually find your way.
